ABOUT US

Mrs. Lou, a beloved matron at Alder Hey Children's Hospital, was the inspiration behind the creation of our cleaning company, Ms. Lou. Born in Jamaica and emigrating to the UK in the 1950s, she brought with her a strong work ethic and a dedication to maintaining clean and orderly home.

It was this attention to detail and pride in her surroundings that laid the foundation for the values our company holds dear today. Mrs. Lou's commitment to quality and care served as a guiding light for our company as we strive to the same standards of excellence in our work. With a focus on providing a special service to the local community, we embody the spirit of Ms Lou in every aspect of our business. From the meticulous attention to detail in our services to the compassionate care we show toward our clients, Ms. Lou stands as a tribute to her memory. As we carry forward Mrs. Lou's legacy, we are committed to delivering the standard of cleaning services with the same level of care and respect that she exemplified her life. Our goal is to not only meet the needs of our clients but to exceed their expectations, just as Mrs. Lou did in her role at the hospital. With her values at the core of our company, we strive to honour her memory by providing exceptional service with integrity and compassion.
